And I have yet to see someone else mention this, so sorry if I a stealing someone else's thunder, but what if the cloak makes it so AA doesn't effect the person cloaked? I am talking about aim assist when I say AA, btw.
What if the shimmer effect is super obvious, like what our suits look like when we are cloaked after spawning in, but there is no friction or magnetism when the enemy puts their reticle on us? It would allow scouts to speed tank, at the very least.
Just a random thought.

No reason to speed tank if the enemy can't even see you, unless you mean CQC combat while "shimmering". I expect for AA to be disabled as you are cloaked. |

Can we also get rid of the crosshairs on hip fire going red when your cloaked and someone looks at you?

Nah. It's good where it is. It'll actually feel like an infiltration game when we have the cloaks since you'll have to be real careful.
 Us MGS fans couldn't be any happier. Well...maybe if you bring in bipedal tanks.

Just because they can see you doesn't mean they can't drop a grenade/missile spam on your ass.
