 I have a few questions about these.
 
 I was looking at the stats for the basic Nova Knives. It says it does 90.00 HP of damage. Is that pre-charge up damage or post-charge up damage?
 
 I was also checking out the basic Submachine Gun. It says it has 23.00 HP for damage, but it fires at 1000 RPM. From my limited knowledge, that means 16.6 shots every second, assuming the rotations per minute means "bullets per minute" which it probably doesn't (thanks CCP). So, only four shots of a Submachine Gun equals more damage than one swing of the Nova Knives? Nova Knives don't even really swing THAT fast.
 
 Can anyone clarify Nova Knives for me or lead me to a thread talking about them?

 90 DMG on a quick swipe of Nova Knives
 I have heard thats for one knife so if both hit it should be 180
 the DMG multiplier for charging is about 2.5 x the normal DMG, fully charged
 
 I can't help with directions as I often get lost in here, but I hope that helps

 Instead of a flat damage increase, perhaps a secondary charge over time could be introduced. This boosts the damage (on a hit), but then that extra boost has to recharge (recharges by itself, no user interaction needed)
 
 That makes them more powerful without just always being more powerful.
