Simple test; presumably her old, pre CCP EVE characters are known. Simply search for them using the in game tools (either EVE or Dust should work) if any are active, being in a player corp is a dead give away, then Mintchip is no longer with CCP for whatever reason.
CCP employees are required to put their old accounts and characters into 'cold storage' in npc corps and are unable to touch them again for as long as they are with the company. This is because reasons. |
