Kind of wanting to know what ground units think of this idea, Sticky Mines that can be put out, just for when tanks or LAV's want to cross the red line and there speed drops to null or 2 mph for 15 sec's. On another note as fun as it is to run half way around a map for tankers, being the tank killer I am  I would love to see this put in to slow them down a little to hand out some missile justice.

Scenario A - You equip and use the current mines. Tank trundles along with hardeners off hits the mines, goes boom.
Scenario B - You equip and use sticky (web) mines, and now must camp said location until tank arrives. Tank arrives and is stuck. Tank knows its about to be attacked so it activates its hardeners. It lives through your 15 second barrage and trundles off.
Don't get me wrong, i love the concept. It would work better against LAV. I just think current mines are more effective in every situation right now.
Now if instead of sticky mines they were say emp mines that would knock out a tanks engine AND hardeners then you would be on to something.

We do need some type of option to shut down hardeners. When they use that crap AV is completely useless unless you have access to a rail turret.
