Its been hidden by the devs for a long time, we know its complete why is it taking so long to balance it?
were are geeting our racial suits soon why not pilot suit?

Coming soon, but not too soon, and that is because they need to balance it. Vehicles have very recently over gone a maor overhaul, so there's a lot that still needs to be fine tuned before you can add yet another factor into the mix.

They did a vehicle "balance" pass without input from the Pilot suits which would make me think that they've been scrapped.

Definitely not scrapped. When CCP first announced that they would be doing a balance pass for vehicles, they stated that pilots would be apart of it but not until after at least a couple updates to the new vehicle rework.

Multiple CPM's have stated CCP revamped their road map when CCP Rouge came on board. That new road map might have pushed back the pilot suit to 2.0 or later. Personally, I am okay with that. We need the rest of the scout and heavy suits before we need pilot suits. Vehicle pilots are currently riding first class on the gravy train, please don't give them a ticket to executive first class.

Terrible idea that's impossible to balance. Scrap it, give light frames a second combat suit.
