Well according to this event:

Scouts earn dropsuits when they score a kill with a nova knife. However what i find more interesting that there is a bounty on the head of every scout you see.
The bountys are as the following:
Militia GÇô 2000 ISK
Standard GÇô 10000 ISK
Advanced GÇô 25000 ISK
Prototype GÇô 50000 ISK
Poor sods not just that they are the weakest suit in the game no now we even get rewarded for murdering them. Well i say "easy ISK" cause a scout even dies when a heavy sneezes at them. Good luck to the scouts, they will need it.

Is that a caldari scout in the promo pick?
The helmet looks different from the standard assault, could just be an odd angle though.
