Thanks to the post of... Kingbabar? (Can't truly remember who it was sorry) I made trash-fits to get rid of unused weapons and equipment to clean up my assets.
Yesterday I was using Burst GK-13 AR. It is advanced level AR if I recall correctly?
Lol what a pain.
Without going deeper into specs and skills (Although I have prof 3 in both the CR and AR), this boy PALES in regards to RS-90 Combat Rifle.
It was truly horrible to try and kill anybody with it. (yeah yeah git gud and htfu)
Shouldn't same tier weapons be somewhat comparable?
Or is AR Dead? Except the GEK and Duvolle.

Yesterady I went with GLU-5 also and... what a let down lol.
Allotek Burst had it's 15 minutes of fame before it was nerfed to 3-shot burst.
I'll spend those in the weekend.

Somehow i have bunches of Gk-13s.
Made melee min assault Mk.0's with my spare 1.5dn melee mods.
And the Mk.0's were 'neo' which i salvaged!

The BAR has been crap for a long time, now. The GK has a much lower RoF than the Allotek, which makes it suck even harder than it should. The Allotek was meh in 1.6 and pointless compared to the CR in 1.7.

I use burts AR (STD) in my supportlogi fit. It's a good weapon. I tap my trigger like madman and burst AR is very accurate. I speed tap my mouse button even with full automatic weapons :) (I can't use RR :D) and it's only because the combat rifle is burst weapon and it got in my spine and muscle memory.

Outside of the Tac which has been nerfed into the ground twice now, the AR variant haven't been good in a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooog time. And yes they do suck badly.

I'm positively definitely convinced that this is better way to 'earn' ISK than waiting for any kind of market to sell them away.
Who even wants those in 2026?
And it's a nice challenge. Forcing you to change your playstyle somewhat and that's always a good thing in my books.

yeah the burst/allotek ar has pretty much always been screwed the tac has only ever shone monetarily and i dont think the breach has ever been popular
