Today was my day off from work and because my booster runs out in two days I've spent the day just grinding matches. I had gotten from almost my full cap down to just under 80,000.

I was upgrading my heavy suit from level one to level three just after a match. I had enough to get the skill with 12,000 in reserve. When I confirmed it, it gave me an internal error and kicked me. Upon returning to the game I had the mic glitch and when I went to see if the skill had still been upgraded, I found that it was not. When I tried to upgrade it it showed that I would be negative 74,000 SP for the third upgrade and that was when I noticed my unallocated SP had been greatly reduced. I played one game to see if it was reallocated to my bonus sp pool and it was showed showed 75,000 in my pool remaining.

So I lost about 86,000 SP and my entire days worth of SP with no chance to make it up...

I am not a happy camper...

If you were using a booster and it happened to run out then you may, temporarily, see that you lost some SP. The same exact thing happened to me. I waited a half a day and got it back. If this does not apply to you then email [email protected] like I did and they get back fairly quickly.
