An idiot like you has no right to tell any one how to play. I have maxed out my scram rifle and i hate it. i love the semi auto but i hate that its anti shield. The rr is a hybird weapon and it has the longest range. i hate cqb so that makes the combat rifle a piece of crap. I use a basic Commando with a basic RR and a Plasma Cannon. It... well, it's actually a pretty workable combo. |

I haven't played much in the past few months but today I was messing around in pubs/fw and decided to skill into just the basic combat rifle to try it out. First game with it I had a 6.5 k/d. I was dropping guys like it was nothing. Even my Duvolle in doesn't kill that easy.

CR is much better that RR, majority of the times. You only have to be a bit closer to your target, then, the bonus / malus will do the rest ( - 5% on shields, +10% on armor, make it a great all-purpose weapon).
Rail Rifles are manageable with a reasonable shield tank. ( -20% on shields )
