On a serious note though, CCP started a 12 day event on the 25th. If you won a match on each day you got a prize as a gift.

I totally forgot about that. The QQ from people buying hundreds of tanks and protofits and then being millions in the negative after CCP fixed it was hilarious.
This time though, you get to keep all the stuff. Check the Dev Post tab at the top of the page. They said they'd be giving the gifts out again, and that you get to keep all of it.

Everyone received them twice because a large % of the population was missing rewards that they know they should have received during the 12 days of dust.
Ignore the boneheads that are saying you have to pay for it, you don't, but the quafe scout and black Eagle Scout are not available on the market so don't use them unless you really want to.

The initial reward pass was a bit bugged, some people didn't get everything they had earned - so CCP did a second. |

All I know is that when I get off of work I'm going to check to see if I can gift my Black Eagle scouts (over 30 now). If I can, then I'm gonna try to get some extra ISK for them...not that I really need it. I wonder if you can gift boosters? Hmm, got some things to check out now. |
