I shot a Gallente guy with an advanced scrambler rifle and I got to overheat...I'm sure 90% of the blasts hit becausethe hit markers were always on.
He died, but he seemed way too bulky. If he had a rail rifle, I would have been dead. Why is it less effective now? I mean, I still vaporize Caldari and LOLMinmatar guys...but Gallente...wtf

Caldari and Minmatar both shield tank.
Gallente armor tanks.
The Scrambler Rifle has always done more damage to shields than armor.
Conclusion?
It takes longer to kill suits with a high amount of armor.

You Don't say. It's just it's like they are crap when I use them against gallente now. It use to be they were easy, but now...something changed...

I haven't noticed any change. Little bits of lag can often give the impression of hitting a target when you really aren't. |
