Kinetic catalyzers should increase strafe speed.
That way, armor tankers get damage mods, shield tankers get a better mobility for dodging bullets.
The PC and SL should fit into the Sidearm slot so it's accessible and practical to carry one.

Oh right, I forgot that we still need to balance this game around poor hit detection and other performance problems. nvm.
