After going through the market and being really upset at how the Amarr assault might end up I started looking at scouts and notice the gal scout has more CPU than the minja and then I started thinking what would the CPU & PG be for the Amarr scout?

I shaved my neck beard this morning thank you very much.
And yes, the Amarr Scout should have the most CPU/PG. And I have a strong sense it will be similar to the old Type-II scout with two equipments but no sidearm, a little more HP, slower, but more stamina. Also the Amarr Scout racial bonus on Sisi is a reduction to cloaking field recharge time, which means we'll be able to stay cloaked more often than any other scout. Sounds pretty good.

Nope I'm African American but what I don't get is that around my age every male in my family that I talked to so far have had at least had a bit of chin fuzz even my dad.

Never got the Neckbeard thing....don't beards almost always grow on the neck?....unless of course you are doing some stylised thingy.....
