CCP Rouge has been employ at CCP shanghai long enoguh to kinda get a feel of the project. I'm sure he had a hand in giving everyone the time off so they can start the new year a new. From what has been hinted at by CCP community representatives and CPM, is that Rouge is getting ready to make his address to the DUST and gaming communities on the direction of the game. This is huge as DUST has been without an Executive producer since the end of july(Also when this game started to turn for the worse 1.4,1.5?) When CCP Rouge releases his mission statement and Directional aspirations of DUST 514, is when i will make my final decision on this product, as it has taken a turn for the worse since 1.4, content is cool but not at the expense of gameplay. DUST's future and my support of it will deeply depend on the direction CCP Rouge has intended and what he brings with 1.8 then after.

I was thinking of specing into whichever Scout had the nicer looking suit but I got impatient and started going into Gallente Scout. Thank goodness it can keep its upgrade bonuses because my plan for skilling is based around those specific percentages. Dodged a bullet there.

Some people play for competition , some play for fun , some just like to waste time and see what the commotion is about while doing so ( wasting time ) and some are attracted to the history of the lore and get lost in being taken to another world and time , so they become immersed in the game , tactics mean something , competition brings strength of mind and body by testing reflexes and now with the game being the way that it is now , it's just too easy to die and kill so that makes the level of competition go down . People can take monthly breaks and come right back and jump in where they have left off . In a competitive game and environment that is just not possible . That defeats all logic . For some this is mental exercise and practice so for some it's more than " just a game ". Yes they HAVE LIVES and work and have families but everyone needs some type of get away and for some this is it . I for one see nothing wrong with that and those who are the ones who bring the level of competition to it's peak . Future Caldari Heavy so watch out for this Sumo Shinobi with a Caldari HMG .**
