It's not the usage that's OP, but the way that one gains unfair benefit from a certain playstyle that is OP.
Not all aspects of this game are unbalanced, and not everyone uses certain playstyles to gain unfair advantages. As long as you understand that the way you play the game may in fact be OP, and you agree that it needs to be fixed, you are free to play the game any way you choose, even if it is unfair.
However, if you're doing it in a way that is ruining the gameplay experience of other players, or if you do it specifically because it is the best playstyle (i.e. skilling into the FOTM), you are what's wrong with this game.
In other words, it's not whether something is OP or not OP, but whether your attitude towards the subject is understanding the inbalance, or exploiting the inbalance.
