That would be a good example of a 'tweak', but the idea behind the bonus is sound (ie. make assaults good at being assaults)

Fair call but why arent the Amarr being fixed? We're not dual tankers, were not repp focused, we arent RoF focused. The Amarr are Heavy Armour, Resistance Tankers, who use heat sink modules.... why are CCP ballsing the Amarr up more. To a Texan like you, a hero is some type of weird sandwich, not some nut who takes on three Gunlogi. Reference = ISK
