If you are going to go and swap all of the bonuses for every dropsuit class, than at least give everyone a dropsuit command skill tree respec and a dropsuit module skill tree respec.
That is all.
EDIT: I know ccp won't reply unless there is a solid argument so here goes:
You must give everyone a dropsuit skill tree and dropsuit module respec because this will completely mess up a lot of peoples dropsuit fittings. 90% of my fittings revolve around my dropsuits skill bonuses. So changing these will absolutely screw up the majority of my fittings. Amarr logi? Used it to take a beating in combat and repair my mates. With the new bonus? I will die almost as fast as a matari scout.
I will add to this in a bit, for now, I'm hungry.

i only have basic caldari so it doesnt effect me. but yes please

I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"

Agreed. A full infantry respec appears to make the most sense, but at the least you have to do a Dropsuit Command respec and Dropsuit Upgrades respec. Dropsuit Command because they're changing that whole skill tree, and Dropsuit Upgrades because what you have in Dropsuit Command directly impacts what you get in Dropsuit Upgrades. I can see how you can say the Weaponry skill tree doesn't need a respec as the weapons are not really changing.

The way the LP Store and FW works, it only makes sense to give us a chance at our own racial balance across basic content that should've been in-game when they pulled out of Beta.

I'm against respecs as well but like I've been saying, they can't keep changing things around after people spent months of time and effort speccing into what they wanted which is now completely different.
As if player morale wasn't low enough already.

My Gal assault will no longer have easy mode fittings due to not having the 25% reduction to CPU/PG cost of hybrid weapons.

There's one primary reason I want at least a suit skill tree respec and it comes down to there being no passive/automatic armor repair bonus to logistic suits anymore. That is one primary reason I went into them, was in case no one was around running a repair tool, and a lot of people didn't in the earlier days, just injectors.
Plus I agree with what everyone said about modules and if pg/cpu rates change. The way my suits are set up right now are finely balanced to use almost every number of pg and cpu possible with the best possible equipment for what I have. WIth these new suit bonuses, I won't even be able to run anything close to what I do now. Plus who knows whether skills are going to disappear for modules or if values will be affected? Will complex shield and armor modules still be 66 and 135? Or will they drop or cost more pg/cpu? If they do, I'll have to remake my entire suits and end up sacrificing equipment for a bonus I did not even want nor originally existed when I first went with that suit build to begin with.
So would I support a full respec? Not necessarily. Won't complain if there is one, but at the same time I would almost have to demand at least a dropsuit and suit module respec because vehicles got one. Same principle applies, we have a changeover and/or elimination of maybe certain skills, bonuses and modules.

With the new changes I think I would support a full INFANTRY respec . one that includes dropsuit command, dropsuit upgrades, and weapons.( I say weapons for some people don't have enough SP to put into weapons that work better with the suit they choose. That being said I am not sure weapons should be included. I have mixed thoughts on that.
