The test server only lists skill books and gear. Nothing new on that front but we can't tell if there will be any stat changes for us scouts when these other changes roll out.

Quite honestly I have zero hope that they will tell us anything about whatever specifics they're going to do scouts until a few days before it actually happens. When that happens is a complete mystery because apparently communicating with it's player base is something this company does not believe it needs to do.
Cloaks. Coming tomorrow, or next week, maybe next month, maybe next year.

It'll be an afterthought after a dev scans one of us with their new Gallogi scanner bonus and wonders what they just killed and why it died so easily.

At EVE Vegas they said the scouts were further along than the heavies, yet it appears 1.8 will have all the heavies and not the two remaining scouts, weird.
Also I'm fully expecting the Minmatar Scout's racial bonus to change to 5% hacking speed per level, the old Minmatar logistics bonus. Makes sense as a scout, quickly get in, hack ****, get out.

Well they better change the description of the minmatar scout from being unparalleled in hand to hand and knife combat if that was the case.

I bet the suits are done but CCP is waiting until they finish the [sarcasm]super-awesome totally-class-saving[/sarcasm] cloak to add them.

If they take minnys knife bonus away they will need to buff base damage on all knives honestly I'd rather keep the knife bonus |
