Probably will get nerfed down to an extra 2% damage per level. I must admit, unless there's slot number and cpu/pg changes for the suits which we'll have to wait to find out about, I really don't see all that much difference from where we are now. People are just going to swap out what they use now for a different suit name but end up with likely the same end result.
That's the worst bonus. It's 25% of 10% for a module that sacrifices the only tank the Min Assault has. It turns a complex damage module into 12.5% and suffers from stacking. But, you won't be stacking because Minmatar are already made of glass.

My fears exactly. There are too many players relying on tanking already. And why shouldn't they? Stack armor and shield extenders and you can pretty much storm anyone not stacking damage mods. It requires no fore thought and little skill in battle. I would like to see more use of cover and squad work that would come from non-tanking play styles. With Cal/Gal being the new tankers I expect to see a lot more of them.
Mind you, I don't expect to actually see this right away with all the new heavies running around. But, yeah Amar and Min will be sparse on the ground except for a few try-hards who will do very well. Probably Min Assault will be the new goto for snipers. |

It had been under development by the Sanctuary corporation, whose interest in exploration includes not only search & rescue operations but also a constant inquiry into the nature of the EVE Gate. Thanks to the Sisters' efforts and the Sanctuary's particular expertise, the Nestor is an agile, tenacious ship that aptly adheres to the mantra of both rescuers and explorers: Stay safe, stay hidden, and use every tool at your disposal. It is particularly adept at venturing into dangerous territories, not merely in recovering whatever may be of interest but also in being able to safely bring it back. Its engines have alternate power sources that come into play should any of its cargo - for which it has plenty of room - cause serious interference with internal systems. Its weaponry runs best on renewable sources, an ideal for a ship that doesn't know how long it'll be in deep space. Its carapace is extremely well armored for a ship this agile, and covered in sensors capable of letting its crew track a myriad of different organic signatures. The crew itself is safely protected from any number of transmittable ailments from rescues and other unexpected passengers, thanks to special quarantine bays that are conveniently located near jettisonable openings. The Sanctuary corporation poured uncountable resources into making the cloaking technology developed for the Stratios fit the Nestor but were eventually forced to concede that it was impossible. The effort was not without benefit though, as part of their work focused on reducing the Nestor's mass enough that it could make its way into unexplored territories that might've been hazardous to bulkier vessels. This paid off by affording the Nestor unmatched access to wormhole space, and meant that the embedded miniature rescue vessel on the ship's hull could be relegated to a decommissioned role. With covert function off the table, the Sanctuary turned their eyes on logistics and now the Nestor serves as one of the best support platforms in New Eden. 500m3 drone cap 125 bandwidth 0.18 inertia 8,900 shields 6,200GJ 75km targeting range 92 m/s max velocity 6L 6M 7H 5 hardpoints 3 large upgrade hardpoints 350 calibration 10% drone damage for gal battleship 4% armor resist for Amarr battleship Role: 50% to large energy 50% to core and combat probes 10+ to relic and data 50% remote armor amount and 100% to range. looks cool Cool, SOE ships are gonna be pretty useful when players can build their own star gates. Somebody probably already wrote this, but after doing some math, I've seen that a gk.0 can theorically go out with 939 HP - Armor only, if such armor does not change. We would have: 210 + [ ( 135 + 35% ) -+ 4 ] = 939 Ok, that's probably an unrealistic scenario since you would go slower than a turtle, but still you would almost have the same armor of a HVY suit.
On the contrary, the "poor" Caldari only get a lesser bonus: 210 + [ ( 66 + 35% ) -+ 4 ] = 566 HP - Shield only While this is a more realistic outfit, I don't know what else to put once you have put 4 Complex Shield Extenders, which require 216 CPU / 44 PG

To my understanding the min assault was always closer to the scout than to any other assault suit. So its best used in a similar ways use the speed to flank and you damage to kill...and for this usage the bonus seems legit.
This bonus will roughly grant you a third damage mod for free when using two... |

Here: Gallente Assault would have (210*1.25)+[(135*1.25*1.10)*4]= 1005 Armor if you were to stack Complex
Caldari Assault would have (210*1.25)+[(66*1.25*1.10)*4]=625.5 Shield if you were to stack complex
Keep in mind though that Caldari can speed up the shield delay with shield regulators and some Gallente users would use armor repair modules to get back that loss armor. Otherwise Caldari can regain all of their shield while Gallente would need a Logi around them.

The result of years of R&D, the bolt pistol is a high-impact handgun capable of firing kinetic projectiles with pinpoint accuracy. Building upon its copious experience with microscale rail weaponry, Kaalakiota has further refined the technology to produce what is commonly regarded as the most powerful handgun on the market.
Central to its success is a smart sensor that bleeds off a minute amount of dropsuit energy at the moment of discharge, dissipating the sharp recoil impulse through the suitGÇÖs internal membrane and greatly reducing the peak force of each shot. This seemingly minor innovation is what makes accurate fire of the weapon possible without the need for an external mounting.
