Until I can control the guns on and and where it flies and pay for it, MCCs are not important to racial parity verses everything else.

Honestly, I could make one in a week using Softimage and Zbrush. That would include rigging for the explosion animation.
As a professional 3D artist, it baffles me how behind CCP is. They must have almost all the assets sitting there waiting to get in the game. Or they wasted all their pre-production time redesigning all the assets to the point they had to start over close to release.
I'm gonna draw a proper Gallente scout, BRB.

From my understand the playstation was rigged to real time draw than load textures so the performance hit you take loading and unloading images is huge on the PS3 and the only people who know how to draw using cell chipset in a PS3 work at naughtydog bungi and the guys who made god of war -_-

I mean, if the the art design is already there, then just get the guys needed to work on it and get it out the door. Can't imagine it'd take any more than one weeks worth of time.
I want to go into Faction Warfare and destroy that Minmatar MCC while protecting my golden MCC. Look up in the sky and see them menacing over the skies. It's little things, yes, but it really adds a lot more than you'd think.
