Greetings ,
During the Winter War( link) it has come to my attention that the Ancient Exiles Cooperation knowly targeted civilian settlements and installations, on Meildolf V.
On, 17/12/15 @ 15:07, a business associate urgently informed me that my Apartment Complex (Designed to house the lower class Matari) on Pretoria (Formally called Meildolf V) had been hit by a Orbital Strike. Through further investigation, it has become apparent that this orbital strike was just one of many, in what is now called the Burning of Pretoria

The evidence provided above, only begs to ask the following questions:
Firstly, why is cooperation tasked with protecting vital and military installations, using orbital strikes to target civilian locations. Especially, when the war was practically over and won?
Furthermore, I confronted the CEO of AE, DJNN Kujo and said

Secondly, the environmental impact of Orbital Strikes on a planet's surface. There is indisputable evidence that frequent Orbital strikes can have a detrimental impact on the environment. The bombardments on Pretoria were not just frequent, but excessive.
Thirdly, who will cover the cost of damages? Many of these civilian facilities were reduced to rubble. Its a valid question.
Therefore, with countless questions unanswered, I propose that CONCORD create a special task force that will investigate the following:
1. The environment impact
2. Corporations striking civilian populace
3. Damage done to civilian installations and possible reimbursement.

I assume your talking about the same CONCORD that created the militia emergency powers act which has led to the deaths of millions of both civilians and soldiers in proxy wars? Let me know how that goes.

The Eskola Private Intelligence Center (unofficially known as "The Epicenter") would like to formally announce our plans to assist in conducting a join operation with CONCORD advisers to investigate possible war crimes committed during the Winter War.
We hope that this join operation will benefit both the ties of goodwill between CONCORD and the intelligence community, but will also serve to shed some light on a tragic occurrence amid the pandemonium that rages on Pretoria.
We will, as always, endeavor to shed light on such an unfortunate circumstance. In addition I would like to remind you than any results of said investigation belong exclusively to Eskola Ergonomics SVK. That is indeed cowardly. However land means little in the name of a greater cause.... they were wrong and should have gone in themselves and eradicated the resistance surgically.
