Caldari vehicles have nothing to put in their low-slots except ammo

But yea they removed power diagostic mods and also nanofibers and the torque mods

Plus PG extensions, and ammo.
Much better selection than what Madrugars get which is boost or nothing unless you are planning on running a CPU mod or all basic.

I don't understand why they decided to be different from EVE and put all damage modules in the high slots but split shield and armor between high and low.

CPU Enhancers and Powergrid Extenders are amazing. They allow me to pull off fits that are simply impossible on a Madrugar because of lack of resources. Or there is always the lulzy Hybrid Tank that actually works kinda well to an extent.
But yeah many of the passive low-slot modules would be great. +10% passive damage mods in the lows would be a super reasonable start.

My armor skills are only at 3 and I dont have the fitting optimizatiobs yet but my madrugar has an ehanced rep. basic rep. Enhanced hardener, and somehow finds room for a small turret and enhanced nitrous.
It's AMAZING to have the OPTIONS that gallente tanks get.
All my gunnlogis run a pg mod and nothing in the second. |

My gunnlogis run light armor rep, and either ammo or CPU, along with all basic/adv shields Do wish i could fit a passive 8% damage mod, or a (purchaseable) torque mod.
