I think the salvage should be refreshed monthly, it's the same till uprising (except the tanks and the suits, it's the same of chromosome), it should be easy for you CCP.
Maybe add a fotm, like a officer weapon with a slightly increased drop rate.
It's just a little thing but it's cool.

For pub matches this should be done.
The loot tables should be cycled if not already implemented. When I get Thales, for example, I tend to get 3 at a time.

Same here. I got my first batch of Thales a week ago. And they came in a bunch of three.
Salvage in general seems to have reduced in frequency over the last few months. Some vets have craploads of Thales and Balacs GARs, from the beta days. I don't seem to get much at all. Anybody know what determines the salvage rewards? Is there a mechanic (or algorithm) behind it like the ISK/SP payouts or is it at CCPs discretion?

It's totally random, but that's not the problem, i just want something new, there are still creo don breach AR in the salvage, 1 on 3000 use it.
