It is supposed to be white, but you can't really tell. The hands do look really cool when hacking, but you can't really tell from the third person perspective.

It is is glitched, like the minmatar scouts (which all have the proto black).
CCP will fix it in a decade or two. |

I believe it's a bug where it shows the design of the standard medium frame when in the fitting screen or viewing it in the market, but in game it is white.

Also the suits need more Amarr seal.
No wait, I mean this seal.
I absolutely love how the Gallente medium suits have the Gallente seal on the shoulders, and how the proto Gallente scout how the huge eagle on the helmet. I wish the other suits had such faction pride on them. The Amarr heavy has a small Amarr seal on the battle skirt, but that's it. Amarr medium has nothing.

It is supposed to be white, but its bugged. I have been complaining about it for a long time; same with the Minmatar scouts all looking prototype. After months, CCP still won't fix it.
