CCP do away with Militia Tanks or triple the cost and lower CPU/PG output. That way true tankers that have invested SP will be hard pressed to spam tanks due to cost.

Militia tanks aren't the only problem, I can run a standard fit Gunnlogi with plenty of PG/CPU left over and spam them, increase cost for everything.

militia tanks are fine just dont allow ppl to add any modules to them, and tanks and their modules only need a bit of extra isk payment because a whole tank can cost 500k

I'm not convinced that AV is as bad as everyone on the forum seems to be saying. I still don't like what's going on, But I'm not convinced that we as players have been doing everything we can to bring these monsters down.
A few days ago I started skilling into Forge Guns for the first time (out of curiosity), and found that Stacking Damage mods on even a militia FG provided some interesting results. I haven't seen too many heavies in a long while, and it seems to me there might be other ways for players to counter tanks. The RE Scout is a good example, although risky as hell.
I'm going to be looking into the forge gun as an AV strategy, with the aim of using a Gatsun backed by damage mods. Wish me luck. |

Make militia hulls cost 160k fully fit.
So about those vehicle locks...

MLT tanks and modules are too effective for requiring 0 SP. Adding back the tier system would make FOTMers turn around because they don't want to invest the millions of SP necessary to get a good fit.

NONONO best way is to return settings of tanks to 1.0 that AV works and proto tanks works and only proto kills proto
Real tanker would get off their tank untill their tank blow up, although not much people can blow up their tank.
