I don't like to be too close to my opponents and enjoy catching them off guard for a quick disposal. The RR aids me in that for it doesn't take long to drop em once you get a bead on them. Honestly I believe my aiming has improved since switching to RR. Plus I love the shock factor of the hip fire up close battle. Most deem the RR not to be good up close, but its a beast for the strafe and shoot scheme. The CR isn't bad either, but I haven't spent much time using the weapon to give a opinion on it.
