I went minja, currently lv3 scout and profile dampening.
Sadly i'm not '100%' at it, but i do run it around 60-80% of the time. So i just have the question:
Do people who are whole-heartedly heading scout being counted? Or is this only for the self annointed 'holy council' of people who have been there since day one, because honestly, that's elitist as ****.

Also what is the point of this? We already have the registry, why try to make a new one?
