You guys dont even try. You dont even care about trying BECAUSE posting qq is soo much easier,huh?
1. If you cant handle that tanks are hard to destroy with av,swarms then HANDLE it. Pick up a FG, it still hurt tanks. If youre bad with it, buy this damn soma with rail. With soma you can destroy gunlogis/madrugars. Just need that 2 first shoots to be yours!
Or do like im doing. Spend these 1,5m into tanks and you will have one of better tank killing machine (only counting hav command,turret operation + armor/shield one uograde,eg armor rep)
2. Logis. Theres some less about these but still these posts exist.
Maybe the have more slots,space and eq. BUT these thing dont make gods from them. TTK touche everyone. Using only adv suit/gun + proto modules (all uses proto modules) youre like others. Its not hard to kill logi as its not hard to kill every other. Or pro tip.. use your m1,core. Theyre dead your happy.
Sure not everyone will be happy when reading this. I dont care. CCP work on this game. They will change things like this. But wall of qq only annoy ppl that want to write smth or help.

One of core themes driving Dust is that of Risk vs Reward.
MLT Tanks are all reward, no risk. You can lose three of them in an ambush match and still come out both isk and KDR positive.
Rail tank spam to counter other tank spam is not the solution that takes this game to a better place. If AV was a viable choice I'd have no complaints and just get down to it, but I've run swarm squads and paired up with forge gunners and from my experience you're looking at advanced level guns running complex damage mods to even dent a hull that cost less than 70k isk to field. It's just way, way off.
CCP know this, though, so I'm confident that we should all be in a better place post 1.8.

So it's a good job KDR doesn't bother me, really.

Say they got rid of the lower tier tanks then what? PPL will cry they cant take a tank by them self. I run logi and get killed tons of time and costs an nice penny but I dont cry because I was some where I should not have or It was good team work. I could be wrong but Arent Swarms a Armor base Weapon. Just saying |

Yes. Still swarms can destroy lav easy. In some way its good swarms no longer destroy vehs as fast as pre 1.7.
I was tanker and swarmer. Easly killed by them, and murderd soo many tanks/drivers.

Most people **** in pants when they see one. If somebody hasn't got any av weapon cover one who is trying to destroy tank.
Any tier one logi with nades, av and remotes can do the job.
I'm not saying that all tankers will stop and w8 for you. |
