It isn't coming this month.
It has been stated by the DEVS (mostly Saberwing) that due to the holiday, 1.8 is not coming this month as per the monthly schedule, and patch notes will be released once they have something to release in regards to 1.8.
Please stop posting threads on it.

I'm not CPM, I'm running for CPM1, but by no means CPM. Plus, even if I was CPM, you wouldn't have to obey me, you've got free will dude.
