Gotta be honest,I don't even know what CPM is or what the acronym stands for.
Guess we should have seen that 1.8 wasn't coming this month,as it's just another in a long line of broken promises from CCP.Looks like another 1 1/2 months minimum of tank spam,underpowered A/V,and equipment spam lagging up the game.
