So, here's what I'm shopping:
1) HMG Profiency 5, Armor Plates 5
2) Plates 5, KinCatz 5, & Uplinks OR Nanos to 4
3) KinCatz 5, Basic Scout 5
4) KinCatz 5, Cardiac Regulators 5, Basic Scout 3
5) Electronics 5, Engineering 5
6) Proto Commando
7) Grenadier 5, SMG Proficiency 5
Before you hurt your brain with the maths, keep in mind that I have already invested in every one of-áthese. Some of the combinations may not make sense, but I do a little bit of everything, so they're all immediately useful.
Cast your vote, offer suggestions, troll, etc...

HMG Proficiency, Commando Suit AND Scout stuff? You sure you know what you're doing? So either you already have 40 - 50 Mio SP and you're already speccing into your third role or you're doing something wrong.

When you say 'Basic scout #' do you mean light suits or scout suits? also what faction? |

i would also recommend skilling dampening to 4 and using an enhanced or basic dampener(which ever one works) so that you can avoid ADV scans. tbh, you would be better of skilling SCOUT instead of the LIGHT FRAME so that you can avoid ADV scans passively. scout to 3 and dampening to 4 will do that for you.
as for the light frame you should go for, go for the gallente light frame. it's much more versatile and tbh, viable.

If you max out a role before going into something else you're doing it wrong.
I started out as a Speed/Rep tanked Assault Shotty many moons ago.
I've been mostly Heavy for the last 6 months, but also dabbling in Logis and Scouts.
And Yes, I meant Light Frames.

This was also considered, but I think I'd like to go Precision Enhancement first because the Heavies can't actively scan.
