The problem is that whatever idea they could have behind the NDA could very well be speculation on their end. Theories basically. If that's the case, many players might inadvertently assume that one, some, or all of them could be confirmed despite CCP mentioning "not written on stone" on their disclaimer. We people just can't control ourselves with the information we receive.
