Shield Depleted Recharge Delay = 8s (Even longer when you add in Comp. Shield Extenders)

DUST is so broken, even my PS3 refuses to let me play it.

Yes.
Why does a HAV have the same Shield Recharge Delay as a Scout suit?
Its the only thing I think makes shield HAVs a nuisance to deal with it.

I don't think so.
I was hitting a Gunnlogi in armour today and its shield started recharging.
