Teammate: I got sniped
Me: from which direction:
TM: the left
Me: wtf is left.. which way are you facing
TM: im facing the building
Me: holy fock you are ********... you deserve to keep dieing to him.
*go to player list... find sniper... send message to them*
I was going to kill you but since my stupid ass teammates don't know their ass from a hole in the ground... I hope you get lots of kills

On a serious note... HOLY FLICKING FLICK!!! I only just now saw that they stuck an N on the minimap.... When did they do that?!? That's awesome!

CCP has at least considered my suggestion of adding East South and West to the compass, to make it easier in combat. Until then, I got shot from over that way.

I remember using the terms east and west building on Line Harvest from before the days I played skirmish

Total agreement with OP here, I can't count how many times I've had that exact conversation, or one that starts that way then devolves to the TM talking sh*t about using the compass till they need help and the rest of the squad is like, "You're where and getting hit from where? Where? WHERE?"

It's a handy tool, but it'd be nice if N, E, S, W were all marked on there rather than having to spend precious moments finding the N and working around from there.

Wouldn't it even make more sense that all overhead maps north would be on top? I mean we are 20,000 years in the future.
Oh and can I get rear view mirror on a stick duct taped to my helmet? Since we don't have backward facing miniature cameras or anything. |

We're clones, we should be able to do awesome stuff like that guy from Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon. Those reload animations and equip weapon animations should flow nicely into Dust. NO FALL DAMAGE.

It happens all the time, although I never wish my team harm.
Tell them to imagine they are on the blue dropship, looking at the red dropship. Tell them to tell you if it is on the right or left. That is usually a good starting point. They can modify the location from there.
