I'd say that the player marketplace (when it opens) will automatically balance out the FW anomalies because some weapons will be so rare they will command such a high price, forcing the capitalists among us to switch sides. I'm thinking mostly of the caldari specialist rail rifles here. It's true that gallente is easy mode at the moment.

If I remember correctly, I've only ever seen you play with Cub's stomp squads.

While the system itself is flawed, by being very hard/impossible to turn the domination of one faction (and other stuff discussed in other threads), and as such being recognised by CCP and eventually updated -- disparity in terms of one faction strength are good.

It creates dynamics then will reflect on the market and only when we have market (and fixes to the system) FW will shine as it should.

Now, make friends, sync into battles and save your LP to sell when demand is high. Or grief opposite side to boost the value of LPs you have the most.

I decided to "AFK" as you guys call it in Gallente and Minamatar FW and won 4 matches in a row. It's sad, I had over 3000 LP in Minamatar and dont want anything from their store. Maybe the suits but I prefer Gallente Scout suit only which I havent skilled into.
Any suggestions or opinions rather in fixing FW. I prefer playing for Caldari and Amarr but if I am going to lose no matter what I dont see the point.
Maybe I should AFK Gal/Min and spend the LP on suits to use for Amarr and Caldari when this issue as been fixed

The problem with the Caladri FW is that not enough people take the time to form good squads and try to sync with each other. I ran quite a few Caldari FW matches today in qsync squads and only lost one battle. It took us perhaps 10-15 minutes to form the two good squads and the time was worth it to pull out the victories for the state and the LP.

Otherwise you're right, its not worth it at all. More times than not when I join Caldari FW by myself theres no squads in team at all. Perhaps sometimes theres one or two squads with only one to two guys in them. I try to make a squad and invite the randoms into it while in the warbarge but they very rarely accept the invitations.

If you want to win Caldari FW and help the state, or even just for some LP, put competent squads together and run it with strategy and tactics, qsyncing never hurts either. I'm always looking for competent squads for Caldari FW, feel free to send me a mail in game.

Eve fw does fine without this sort of dev balancing. Leave it to the players to balance fw, not artificial carrot on a stick mechanics.
