Quick question for you:
is there any work going on on making the character data (skills, wallet, etc) being available via the API (CREST is best ;)?
Sadly I can't see much work going on after http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/73971 :( |

I would expect no, not via the EVE API.
I asked, and CCP PrismX said that it would only happen if he was directed to by management, and that was highly unlikely.

I'd prefer CREST anyway, but it seems that work on publishing it has stalled since 2012, although with a brief appearance during the Alliance Tournament and the Districts API |

A tweet from a CCPinion kinda indicated it will come late 2013.....

CREST is becoming a very poor excuse for not maintaining the existing API enough. If they can't get this out soon, they need to add support to the legacy API.
