I used to walk around the Warbarge in the Heavy Skinweave pretending to be a snow trooper. It was novel having a heavy frame with illuminated eyes. Then came the urge to delete fittings that weren't being used...
Never used it in combat, always at least a Basic frame.

I dont think they were given out as codes, so you may not be able to buy them until the Player Market is introduced in 2234.
I have all four, Assault and Scout on my alt, and Heavy and 'Logistics' on this char.
DUST is so broken, even my PS3 refuses to let me play it.

I think they were prizes awarded to people that participated in the Closed Beta (correct me if I'm wrong :3). If you logged in for the 4 days of the event, you got the 4 BPOs (again, correct me if I'm wrong :3).

They look like suits. The logistics is a Minmatar with brown and green color scheme. The assault is a Caldari with a white and and light brown color scheme. I can remember what the others look like. I haven't looked at them I'm a while.

Got 'em. Used to use the Skinweave heavy fairly often until I got my Templar Sentinel.
The Skinweave Minmatar Medium Frame is still interesting because it has 2x equipment slots.

Currently they are pale green and white. The Minmatar has a black under suit with the green for trim and white plates on top.

What's up with previews and actual in game colors not matching? The Black Eagles has that problem too.
EDIT: I just made the Minmatar Skinweave my favorite and relogged. Standing in my quarters in the whitest light I can find the under suit is medium grey with pale green trim. The armor plating and other outer trim pieces are white or light grey. It has a reddish orange eye glow which seems unusual for militia suits. I use this suit for piloting since its different but still has the two equipment slots I need.
