Best way to cook a grenade is to boil it first, get it nice and soft.
After about 30-40 minutes you want to fry it on a pan, adding a pit of paprika and pepper as you go.
Lemon zest optional.
I am part shovel, part man, full scout, and a little bit special.

I use utter- lemon milk from my cows and just for a snack I add fruit roll ups inside of the grenade.
