What if, the more clones sold off by Corps in PC, the less each clone is worth to Genolution, and the cheaper the starter packs cost?
Convesly the less clones are being sold (per day) the more expensive the starter packs become and the more valuable each clone becomes when sold off.
example:
1) All corps in PC are happily farming away. Day one 100k per clone, Day 2 95k per clone, Day 3 90k per clone sold off to Genolution. At the same time the starter pack is 80mil on day 1, 79mil day 2 etc...
2) All corps are fighting daily and almost no one has a chance to sell off surplus. Day one 100k per clone, day 2 105k per clone etc.. At the same time the starter pack would go from 80mil to 81mil (you get the idea)
The numbers are just place holders, the idea is to encourage conflict and discourage farming. The more peaceful PC is the cheaper it is for smaller corps to get in on the action, and the less money is passively farmed per day.

Can I get some opinions on this idea either way? I'm just curious if its worth putting in Feedback/Suggestions. |

A very interesting take on supply & demand. I'm in favor of a greater push to integrate New Eden as one universe.
The Dust 514 of my dreams has Clones being made from Planetary Interaction (Ocean, Terrestrial, Barren worlds). A total removal from NPC activity. Have clones player sold or used as war materiels (yes I just stated our meat-sacks are things and not people). In exchange terrestrial control means boosts or even ownership of planetary structures. Access for future specific PVE farming, etc, etc.
This game has a long way to go. Still hoping for the best.

I agree with your vision of DUST in the long term, and believe that CCP has something along those lines planned. I would like the Dynamic market as a temporary fix to the massive clone farming that can take place for the short term.
The current system, as it stands is creating corporations who can create such vast wealth as to be untouchable and the problem only gets worse over time. |

Kindof pointless, but I like the idea to start.
Side note: I think it's about time we get the ability to mine, store material, and build assets planet-side. More interesting than clones.

How can you say it's pointless? I believe I showed the point of it quite clearly (to discourage inactivity and encourage conflict while helping smaller/poorer corps take a shot during peacetime)
I agree that mining/PI and asset building is long overdue and a necessary part of the PC endgame. |

I agree. I think if farming was progressively less profitable while at the same time making it easier for a new corp to take a shot at PC it would reduce the over-all profit in PC. (while generating more conflict at the same time.)
