2.) I went through a phase after becoming a clone where I thought I was a lizard and would stare at myself in the mirror till I lost consciousness.

Cannonically Kador is suffering from a depression as he misinterprets the Scriptures and believe that he has defiled the sanctity of his human body by being clones, the night before his track leaves for the operation where they discover the Blood Raider presence he meets Satj at the time no more than 14 years old, serving the Templars of the barracks bringing them wine, water, bread.
At that time for the first time in his life barring the moment he died Kador is able to have a conversation with someone of Minmatar origin.
Well guessed and during the blood raiders attack he does drag her out of a shuttle, hence where Satja gets her scars from.....told ya it was hard. I think I only mentioned it once in passing during my character bio run down.
