Because I'm pretty sure his/her brains are made of cabbage. Why, you ask? They keep hiring mercs who repeatedly suicide, draining our supply of clones. These 'soldiers' are obviously Caldari loyalist, so why are they still being hired by the Marines?
Is it just the Gallente, or are the other factions also led by the mentally ill?

Glorious, just absolutely beautiful. I mean... I hardly ever self terminate unless I'm strapped with explosives, but infiltrating the Marines and draining their resources? They should all be awarded metals for their service.

I believe that this strategy of 'sabotaging' opposing factions is silly. I understand being dedicated to your faction, but remember that joining the opposing faction just to 'help' your side by TK or to suicide the clone count is killing your loyalty standing and in my opinion, just plain unfair to those who take FW seriously.
No matter what faction you prefer to fight for please take into account that the other players in the game are just as adamant about their preferred faction. As one player to another let us bring under control these tactics of 'infiltrate and sabotage' by discouraging them and reminding each other 'how would you feel if that was someone doing this to your faction?'
It is my deepest hope that all factions gain equal footing in the players that support them, and that matches turn out to be less one-sided, please just try not to under-cut your opposition and let's all conduct ourselves as serious and mature mercenaries.

... What does our sexual process have to do with our combat again? The State Milita is an afterthought, a big PR stunt for State citizens. Now, if you had anything of value for the megacorperations and their private armies THEN I'm sure you wouldn't be writing us off like this.

And it's just like a gallente to judge a race and claim them undesirable. Your people abuse everything they can get their hands on. We Caldari are not "boring" we believe in order, we believe in doing things in the most efficient way possible. As for our women you'd first have to prove your worth before you'd even have a chance with them. That also means you could defend yourself from them. No faction knows the strength of the Caldari women they are beautiful, smart, and military trained.

You haven't met the right Caldari women then. A lot of them like to be aggressive in and out the bedroom. I mean, I thought Gallente women were aggressive but the Caldari can be rough as Hell.
