Make unoccupied turrets on tanks have an AI because there's no point of getting a turret if no one wants to use them. If not it's a waste of CPU and PG. |

Then just take them off. Tanks are already invincible murder fortresses. What's next? Making it so you can hack objectives from inside them too? Jeez, you tankers really have no shame. |

Then they should make them removable, not give tanks yet another ridiculous buff. |

My Soma only uses a single main turret.
Additionally if they were invincible murder fortresses like you say and you are so very ignorantly wrong TheEnd762 then I would never lose tanks, I would never destroy tanks on foot or in my own HAV, which would infact kill the game.
The fact you cannot work up the patience or intelligence to even take down an HAV or two is just down right sad. If I can fight off 3 HAV in my tank you can get your **** together to take down atleast one with a swarm or forgegun. HTFU.
To a Texan like you, a hero is some type of weird sandwich, not some nut who takes on three Gunlogi.

lol, scrub wants it all, yet only uses MLT HAV's. Quiet, this is stupid. We have enough with the installations.

See, this is the delusional ignorance I keep talking about.
You slip in lines about you "losing tanks", "destroying tanks on foot of in with another HAV" yourself, and think it's makes you seem like a credible, level-headed person who understands both sides of the issue. It's all just a thin smokescreen. As it stands, patience and intelligence have nothing to do with destroying tanks. If it does happen, it comes down to luck, coincidence, and either a lack of skill or series of mistakes by the driver. AV weapons are all but useles (HAVs are not AV), tanks are cycling hardeners, shrugging off swarms like water balloons, and as soon as a forge gun comes out, they're on the other side of the map, healing, before the second or third shot. Go ahead and e the teamwork cop-out, but I don't see it taking a team to drive that tank, shoot from it, and manage it's systems and modules as it should.
I saw 3 guys firing swarms and throwing AV nades at a STD tank that was stationary and empty (the driver accidentally got out and was killed), and even working together it took them almost 20 seconds with no enemy interference to destroy it (it was close to the redline). THAT is the reality. |

But I do understand both sides of the issue. I have been AVing since I started this game in Chromosome, only picking up HAV in 1.6.
When it comes to destroying HAV, its not really that hard. A single Sica fit that most not skilled HAV try to field to take down enemy HAV or farm kills is a very flimsy thing with well over 100 Second of cool down on its hardener and very how HP behind that you are looking at a hit forge gun kill or less with swarms dealing between 600-700 damage a volley.
Coupling the fire of two AVer post module activation to hit an MLT HAV is one of the easiest way to take down a tank. No jokes and yes it does take patience to kill and HAV.
Most infantry and I know them very well want to be running and gunning, they consider AV a skill or playstyle they want to last for less than a minute or two, a quick boost to their egos while the fail to take an objective, etc.
Now however AVing is a legitimate role that requires a time investment as well. You cannot consider Aving a single engagement it requires a more flexible approach than stand on a hill at 150m and fire away.
In some cases you are right on the teamwork thing....but to me tanking has required me to make use of team work, to be where the enemy HAV is, to be locking down objectives, etc but while I have worked in an HAV it is a lonely business, your squads barely if ever respond to help requests, they are slow, or dismissive.
As for ignorance a personal attack means I struck a nerve. I honestly believe vehicle gameplay has hit a good spot, a few minor balancing issues to be worked out but the frame work is there for an enjoyable game between infantry and vehicle pilots alike. But frankly speaking I would not call myself ignorant, I understand that AV weapons are less effective now, its definitely harder to take down tanks and dropships but never impossible like you seem to think. I'm just sick of infantry twats whining again and nerfing tanks for the 3rd or 4th time.
I remember back in Chromo where tanks were scary, they were Tanks back then, they are much better and more balanced now IMO what vehicles were IUprising until now were an infantry mans wet dream, paper thin, and full of WP goodies.
HTFU, in EVE there is one simple truth, the people who bring the best toys to the battle win. I don't really condone the spamming of tanks but I am almost certainly the only one to try to do anything about it. Seriously mate get it together, its not that difficult of a game.
