Let's unnerf the TAC. Bring the magazine size back to what it was before the infamous TAC nerf because now that the RR and CR are out the 18 per mag nerf is a bit over the top. So unnerf the TAC and let it compete. I feel that is the only thing holding it back right now. Ranges are good, clip sizes are bad. |

Nerf all AR's. They're crushing everything at the same time and it's EXTREMLY frustrating. Rr kills scouts in CQC with 3-6 shots, if they nerf it by 10-20% damage, that goes up to 7-8, meaning they can't just swing their gun madly and eventually land 3 shots. SCR melts a heavy in one Oh, anyone telling you otherwise is a liar and/or is just bad. CR(my pride)'s low damage per clip doesn't matter because you are guaranteed a kill or 2 in that clip and the reload means you needn't worry, making it take .75-1.4 clips to kill one person will make it more tactical. Gallente AR should probably be left alone, or nerfed less, like 7%. Shotguns can't work because after your first shot, RRs have finished their charg up(even if you hit them from behind) and are already starting their 2-3 shot kill time. Lasers can't be used because RR's instantly **** them past 60 meters. MD's are useless everywhere except roofs because RRs can hit them from past MD range, or they just rush you and spin in circles shooting you because 'hey, GL noobtoob watch me bumrush you and win LOL'

You obviously haven't properly used the scrambler rifle a lot then...let's look at the stats (I know everyone loves doing this )
With prof 5 and 2-3 complex damage mods the max damage is around 110 (it's very slightly higher but this is a nice number) The charge shot makes that around 400-500 damage (I don't know the exact multiplier but it's definitely around/in this range) The head shot multiplier for the SR is x1.5 I believe so that makes the damage 600-750 without shield/armour modifiers
This may one shot a militia heavy if you're lucky but anything higher will likely have close to or more than 1000 ehp and proto heavies can have 1500 ehp and considering that most of that is armour, it will take about 3-4 charged shots to kill them and with the charge delay that will mean that they will have hid before the 4th shot in most cases and with the overheat you'll be lucky to not over heat after the 2-3 charge shot unless you allow time for cool down by which time the heavy will likely be gone.
Tl;dr So in conclusion the SR would be OP without the overheat as on anything other than an amarr assault you can only follow a charge shot by about 4 rapid fire shots before over heating which definitely does not kill a mid-top end heavy
Amarr logi ftw :D
(Also...ScR is pretty good)

Ahem.
Now that the AR 514 is out of the way....
I don't think changing the number of rounds in the TAC is going to bring back its usage to what it used to be. The clip wasn't the only thing that was changed, if you compare it to the old glorified version of it. That was changed to prevent people from abusing the **** out of turbo controllers with it. After the changes, it drastically dropped in popularity because the drop of effectiveness. It's range, coupled with its rate of fire and damage, is easily outclassed. The standard variant of the Plasma Rifle even stomps out the TAC's range. It's... sad. I don't like that.
Note: I'm not saying I'm against changing the clip size.

I can name 4 prominent DUST youtubers that use the SCR OH glitch in atleast 1 of their videos. SCR is the only broken rifle, and the OH glitch is the reason. |

I write so much because I am used to writing paragraphs, not single sentences. I prefer to leave notes or "TL;DR"s at the end so people could skip over the intimidating text blocks, but sometimes I forget. I normally have a bit to say. On top of all this, I'm also a bit of a chatterbox. If I ever squad with you, prepare to see gibberish or nonsensical things pop up in the squad or team chat!

The overheat glitch (squat, sprint) has been fixed in 1.7 as far as I know.

I am nick named Chatterbox by a certain group of friends. Funny thing is they gave me that name when I first met them and didn't say much, then I got to know them and started talking. My buddy Big Al looked at me and said, shut the frack up Chatterbox, god we got pegged either way. People that know me on DUST can understand that. |

Yep was actually thinking this today, 18 rounds is kind of poor, 30 or 40 rounds would be fine , more or less as it was before they nerfed the rof.
DON'T SPEND CA$H ON DUST 514
