Please no more PLC as a side arm or equipment requests.
It doesn't make any sense... the PLC is the biggest gun in the game and unless you constantly practice with the PLC you won't be able to use it well anyway. Having a million people running around with them would just be a cluster f**k.
The swarm launcher makes more sense since the real ones typically fold down. They are useless at the moment so I couldn't care less anyway. |

I'm not sure I understand your comment...
Why wouldn't people just stick to their normal sidearms if PLC became a sidearm? If that is your comment then the OP's idea is kind of lame since it sounds like the PLC will get even less use. Why not just remove it from the game altogether if that's the case?
Also, my comment is in reference to FW only since that is all I play and I don't know about other things.... in FW friendly fire hurts. That is why I said that too many in a game would be a cluster f**k because lots of people would be bad at them and they are easy to kill yourself with or hurt your team with.

The point is simple. Before when a solo player had a reasonable chance at AV kills it made since for the light AV weapons to be a primary. Now since you are suppose to have to run as a team of AV players to kill one person, and several believe that light AV weapons should only be effective at driving back HAVs instead of killing them, the role itself is secondary. Making the light AV weapons a side arm flows neatly.
I know there are some novelty players that have taken some kind of weird kinky love for the PLC, and doing well with it as an anti infantry weapon, but it is an AV weapon. it is currently the one that is suppose to be a shield AV weapon. Originally it wasn't used as such because while the explosive swarm was the anti armor weapon, it out performed the PLC vs shields. With the nerf, it is better now.

It's use will only be expanded since it could go in a light weapon or sidearm slot then. And flaylocks are just as likely to be spammed and lead to FF kills as the plc is, even more so with the larger magazine/rof.
