Good sir, I swear by the Plasma Rifle and I can assure you that this one does not have a stock whereas the ones on our market do.

It's a photoshoop.
The PC and SL should fit into the Sidearm slot so it's accessible and practical to carry one.

Nah, they've always had a stockless version scattered about the site(s) ever since closed Beta, we've just never seen it in-game.

I think there is also a variant with a (useless) grenade launcher rail. Speaking of which I don't think we will ever get a grenade launcher for our rifles since the Combat rifle doesn't have any room to fit one. Unless that TOTALLY UNNECESSARY BAR THING IS THE RAIL. (It's ugly) |

You don't have to have a rail system to add atatcments to a weapon.
Some have modified parts that can be added to the gun to allow for weapon housing (see early M-16A1) and then Early AK-47s have a mount that's somewhat clamped onto the weapon to allow for sights and undermounts. |
