I stopped playing after that.

You do know that most weapons don't deal round numbers of damage like AR does something like 34.7 a shot ACR 32.3 so it's not BS he has like .3 armor or something . I hate dying to people who use OP militia tanks I can take any one perhaps any two militia tanks (the exception of double dmg modded sica's stacked with armor) but there is always three or four a match kill one another comes at you and another. Finally hate it when shots don't register and then you die because theirs did.
