May peace be with you. I am 90% sure that the Amarrian "God' is not the Judeo-Christian "God". The Amarr descended from Catholics during the early years of New Eden's colonization.
But we as people in New Eden don't know that and as such cannot comment as though we do.

Reminds me of something from our past, oh yeah, the Crusades. What a wonderful blood-soaked period of history that was. Warfare, violence, rapes, pillaging and plundering all in the name of God. Praise sweet baby Jesus.
(( I'll address this in two parts, one IC and one OOC))
I see you are yet another unenlightened soul with no concept outside of his own small understanding of the universe.
As I have said many times it is the cultural tradition of the Amarr, both necessary historically for their survival and expansion into the greater cluster, and also in the sense of spiritual and cultural exchange. As with the Udorians of old Athra, the Khanid, and the Ni Kunni the Amarr have spread their culture through conquest militarily.
If you consider initially that the Amarr were persecuted by the Udorians such methods of controlling a much larger populous after the Udorians were conquered were a necessary means of ensuring their falled foes would not rise again.
I am not a scholar of Amarr histories but I do see the necessity of slavery within our society though I would advocate peaceful exchanges before such methods be applied in future.
What sins do you speak of? I misunderstand you. We are the chosen of the Lord and in leal and pure service to Him a man or woman can do no wrong. As humans, the children of God, we err misunderstanding the word of the Lord, however with pure intent and Faith we are saved from sullying our immortal souls.
He is a forgiving and benevolent God, in in Him I place my Faith.
As such any act of hostility against the peoples of New Eden is simply us carrying out the Immortal destiny given to us by God to unite the peoples of New Eden and allow Humanity to Reclaim the stars.
(( OOC I don't see how you can bring in real world historical instances of groups or entities only bearing minor similarities with and a vastly different cultural history and compare them.
Additionally you would be insanely ignorant to believe you have the right to judge the people of old their period of history was darker than ours, more bloody, and brutal than we could ever imagine given our relatively peaceful era we live in. And judging past events using the current moral standards we use today is also wrong. We have developed as a species socially in a very liberal manner however had we not adopted such ideals during the 1800's and 1900's it might we have been acceptable in this day and age to still own slaves, treat women poorly, etc.
Such is not right by our current moral standards but we have to consider that under any other circumstances the way we view the world could be vastly different, and given the history of the Amarr and the universe they inhabit I do not blame them for developing the way they have, seeking the goals they do, and fighting for what they want even at the detriment of certain social liberties.))
