The assault swarm launcher is currently a useless piece of scrap (even more so than the plasma cannon).
So, he is what I suggest it should be like as an "assault" weapon variant.
Upsides:
-longer range
-faster missiles
-faster fire rate (or one more volley in the clip)
Downsides:
-higher fitting costs
-lowered missile agility (less turning speed)
-higher isk cost (like all "assault" weapon variants)
This would truly make it an assault variant and make swarm launchers better at a longer range suppression role.
Lack of content makes stuff broken...

I want numbers on the range, but have a +1 for trying to fix that terrible gun.

I am not qualified in AV enough to know what numbers would be good, my suggestions would probably be biased.
With that said, +75m range, +25% missile speed, -30% agility...

Ok, leaving the assault swarm as ******* useless as it is right now is also an option. I'm fine with having one less weapon to care about.
that fire and forget, extreme range, extreme damage weapon that was the swarm launcher will never be back. You do realise that it was better than a bloody tank in the AV department?
