They will be great at one thing but be limited otherwise. Say, two main slots and one off slot. Most ability will come from the skill buff and built in ability. Actually they were advanced tanks. They required level 3 in HAV operation before you could skill into the respective marauder skill book. They were mislabeled as PRO tanks when they were actually just ADV tanks. Makes you wonder what a true PRO tank would have been like. So about those vehicle locks...

The wolves used to shoot down the bolas too. There was a time we fought good tankers. Now we just fight good tanks.
