Hey there,
Even after organising some squads through caldari hierarchy channel I found that the players in them are rarely experienced. Are there any corps which fight exclusively for caldari FW, and have a good base experience - ie. 20 million SP at the minimum, with KD/R of 2.0+ (unless you're a logi of course)... plus a mic and all the other trimmings? |

About 20 of us run Caldari. The rest are a smattering.

I did see the post about it. The thing that worries me is that there's no vetting here - just anyone can join, which I think is the problem we caldari have at the moment - there's a quantity, but little quality. :( |

Filling ranks is currently a priority we are just begining and have plans to have a training corp in the future once we are established.

Loyalty is what is most important to us. we have plenty of experience in our leadership. At this point Onuoto Uakan Huogaatsu is willing to accept and train all that are loyal. If you are an experianced vet we could certainly use the help to put this train on its rails. If you our a true loyalist your goals are the same as ours. Together we can turn the quantity into quality.

Also, as well as joining OUKH, join the Kirjuun Heiian channel. With all due respect to the people in Caldari Hierarchy, Kirjuun Heiian is what's keeping the Caldari in this fight.

thanks. I've got that channel open too - I think it suffers similar issues... lots of people in it, but not many experienced people. Anyhow, we're all in the same boat. The battles are hardcore and vicious, which makes the victories really worthwhile. |

Drop by SAM-MIK PUB and squad with some of our guys. We frequently run Caldari FW. We have quite a few very experienced players who fight for the state and want to crush the gallente. Look for either Soldner Vonkuchle, dpizzle, big jeezy, or myself. We are the typical squad leads and soldner and I usually run a few caldari fw matches when we are online together. |

Actually the problem of the Caldari is that we do not combine forces or work with each other. Think about it. If you have a squad of 6 vets in a team where the rest are inexperienced, what does it really matter? Not only are you fighting against our enemy, you have to "fight" against your own team members who have no understanding of what needs to be done to effectively turn the tide of war.
One of the goals of OUKH is to pull in players to build mercenaries for a better tomorrow. This war cannot be won overnight and there's no timeline on it. This provides us time to nurture new players' growth and to promote the way of Caldari within our ranks.
Vets are welcomed who understand this perspective, to help build a corporation dedicated to Caldari. Its not a immediate victory we search for. We are looking to build a foundation that serves us to succeed in long time goals.
If a vet corporation is still what you look for then there is Dead Six Initiative, Subreddit and Dreddit. I would have to confirm with the latter two because I've heard there's been significant changes with them that may or may not impact their participation in the war.
Whatever you choose, good luck to your endeavors. But please consider, moving forward, that we need to extend our hands to loyalists who are not "vets" and help set them on the path. This will ease our burden of the "inexperienced blueberry" within the Cal FW effort. It must start somewhere or we will continue have the problems persist. Vets can't be the only ones capable of winning this war.

You could hook with us. We have players in the EU en US timezones of which quite a few are above 20 mil SP. we do however also run pubs to keep the isk flowing.
A mic is a requirement for us but KDR is not as we go for the win which can sometimes entail some sacrifices. You can join the channel Dead Six Chat to squad up with us and see how we run. I am generally on from 21:00 eve time.

Umm.
We're a mixed bag. We have mostly NA members, but we do have jenova, arkena, and our other fair share of EU dedicated players.
Have we been playing awhile? Yes.

You will find very experienced players in Fatal Absolution. We are a chill bunch that can contend with the best and win. We run an organized group of FW squads and may soon have orbital support. 
So about those vehicle locks...

We have Orbital Strike support now from T.E.S.T, CPA, and the State Protectors.
